We prepared, for example, five successful bids for joint Centres of Vocational Excellence in Sussex that between them brought in nearly £4million of additional funding
Feasibility studies
Some of our clients use us to investigate the feasibility of potential projects or proposals as well as their likelihood of success
e-Learning
We have expertise in helping people develop their e-learning solutions. For example, we advised a university on the purchase of a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Jorj has been a preferred consultant to the JISC eLearning Framework Programme
Quality
We have helped colleges prepare for inspection or other external assessment. This kind of work has included:

- Ensuring relevant documentation meets the expected standards
- Suggesting ways of improving or simplifying quality assessment regimes
